With the Whoolias app, content creators can find brands in need of original content. Companies that are looking for fresh and original content such as social media video, food, fashion, and portrait photography.   

Evolving the freelance service business module.

As the only UX/UI designer, my role was to create a desirable and usable experience. Providing brands and content creators with an easy way to connect and create original content. Furthermore, make the necessary financial transaction in a way that feels seamless.

A meaningful experience that understands the needs of the target audience and the business.

Understanding the needs of the various archytipel users was crucial. For example, what was the intention when using the app, and how would an experience delight and inspire, while at the same time being very easy to use from a transitional point of view. In order to answer this question, I conducted a deep competitive analysis and audit of similar applications. Interview future consumers to identify their needs and what's important to them. As a result, I created easy and simple wireframes to validate some of my ideas even before starting the sitemap process.

Providing seamless transactional flows 

The sitemap illustrates the interaction between content creators and content consumers. These flows illustrate the following: a brand looking for original content, connecting with a creator, the creator accepting the request, and the work being produced. Creators find a brand to sell their work and get in touch with brands. There are tabs for different project categories and stages. And users can view the overall request count in all request categories. We tested the flow with multiple users and scenarios.

Photographers, videographers, and social media influencers can use the app to find jobs in their local communities. By doing so, it is possible to establish close relationships with restaurant owners and other community-based businesses. The chart below illustrates the value that the application brings to both the creator and the business.
